sadness has descended over my soul. the worst of possible outcomes. the world should not be run this way. decisions need to be made. it turns out that on december 10th, blowfly is playing at the funhouse and sharon jones is playing at nuemo’s. most likely my decision has already been made, Sharon Jones far and away has my heart now. The super 70′s funk and soul explosion wins out. It also doesn’t hurt that the horns and backup band consist of members of antibalas and others from the daptone label.
