i purchased the parts for a new computer last week and spent a good portion of the weekend putting it together. as always their were close calls, bouts of frustration, but in the end, the joy was momentous. nevermind the fresh install to help speed everything up but i can now run other programs while playing my wonderful warcraft. i’ve also have consolidated my music on to a single 400 gb drive. previous to this, i had it scattered on 4 different drives. my itunes won’t get confused nearly as much with the music all in one place. a brief run down for my own personal satisfaction.

i need a new video card but my ati radeon x 300 runs battlefieled 2 at med to high settings. i have it overclocked but the shadows are all turned to low settings. pentium 4 3.7ghz and also 1 gig. fast. why don’t you play bf2? great game. also, do you use the VLC player… plays anything, period. anything! you can snapshot any movie and play movies in multiple aspect-ratio and as the friggin wall paper! i have both seasons of deadwood and chappelle. lotr extended in divx and mpeg 4 for psp. king of the hill, harry porker and the dildo of fire…blah blah blah and i can rip a dvd faster than i can smoke a…

so what would i need (bare minimum) to set up WoW?$?
software is $40 or so with the 1st month free and then about $13 a month. I would imagine you will know if you want to play it more before the inital month is up.
