Well, they let us escape the hospital on Saturday. We got home about 1-1.30 on Saturday. It was fairly relaxing. Unpacking all the stuff we took to the hospital. I think other than Megan’s toiletries and the Ipods, not much got used. Aaron, Chard, and Ang came over for a while to eat some pizza and sit on on the back porch. Along with Aaron came the pugs. There was a little bit of concern on what their reactions would be, but it turned out to be unfounded. Surprisingly, Delilah doesn’t like to bark at baby’s crying all that much. Like everything else in the house, a dropped shirt, blanket, or other article of clothing dropped on the floor will soon be a resting spot for Tiberious.
The first night went smoothly. I didn;t have to do much.
Megan would feed Otto whenever she got up during the night. Delilah, like the good pug she is, would sit patiently and stare until Megan turned off the light and went back to bed.
The first loose cannon incident is out of the way. Otto hit himself more than me.
I don;t know if this is most babies, but being a breech baby his legs aren’t used to laying flat, so they stick up in the air and flail all around, makes for an exciting time every time you take his diaper off.
I’ve included a few more pictures. Otto displaying his love for bowling. Megan has dubbed the outfit “The Turkey.” A nice picture of the pugs defending Otto from all evil. The last one is Megan and Otto relaxing in his room.
